Attached is a copy of the document Procedures to be Followed with High-Risk Students that has been revised and modified to reflect changes in personnel and agency fee schedules.

Please post the W-2 Opt-Out flyer for all employees at your location to see.  Employees can opt out of a District printed W-2 through their Employee Access on Skyward.  By opting out of a District printed W-2, your name will go into a random drawing for prizes.

The Surplus Reallocation and Auctions running on PublicSurplus.com started Thursday, November 2nd and will go through Thursday, November 16th. After this date the reallocation items will roll to public auction for the next two weeks. Remember reallocation items are marked with a key icon, everything else in on the public auction. Please check to see if there are any items you may need at your schools. Please keep sending in your surplus paperwork as you get it so that we can continue to schedule pick ups as they are needed. All paperwork needs to be signed by your principal and then sent to your Administrator of Schools at the District Office.

The 2017-2018 SIP due date is January 19, 2018. Assistance will be provided November 17 and 21 for those who are interested. The meetings will be held from 8:00-3:00 in PDC 103 at the ASB both days.

It's time for English Learner Compliance and Assurances!

You received the google document this week from your teacher specialist. These are due December 1, 2017. There are 4 workshop options if you want to come and work on them with guidance and assistance from your teacher specialist. These will be held on November 2, 2017 from 9-11 and 1-3 and November 14, 2017 from 9-11 and 1-3.

Dear Principals:

We have been asked to inform you of a buy four get one free offer for Math Expressions student consumable books.  The offer is time sensitive and must be placed before November 17, 2017.  The special pricing offer will expire after this date.  The books are for the 2018-2019 school year, and will be shipped from Mountain States School Book Depository.  They should arrive in the district warehouse before Winter break.

Items available for purchase include:

  • K-2 student consumable books with or without student math boards
    • (The K-2 student consumable books are not available to download or print.  They are the only student textbooks available to K-2 teachers.  These are also available in Spanish)
  • K-2 homework and remembering workbooks
    • (The homework and remembering pages are available to download and print online. These are also available in Spanish)
  • 3-6 student activity workbooks abbreviated version and full consumable
    • (These are in addition to the hardcover student books that have already been purchased.  Many of these pages are available to download and print online.)
