Please take a moment to check the U.S. Labor Law poster in your break room or another common area. A picture of the poster is attached for reference.
Please complete the following:
1. Replace the contact-information sticker.
* Look at the top-right corner of the U.S. Labor Law poster. You should see a white sticker with District contact information.
* A new, updated sticker has been sent to your building through District mail.
* Please place the new sticker directly over the existing sticker.
* You do not need to replace the entire Labor Law poster.
* If you need additional stickers because your building has more than one U.S. Labor Law poster, please let us know, and we will send you additional stickers.
2. Remove the old ADA/Section 504 notice.
You may also have a laminated white notice displayed next to the Labor Law poster that says:
“NOTICE – Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.”
This notice is no longer required to be displayed. Please remove and dispose of this notice. A picture of this notice is also attached for reference.
Please make sure your building has:
*The U.S. Labor Law poster displayed with the new contact-information sticker in the top-right corner.
*The old ADA/Section 504 laminated notice removed.
