ParentSquare Pointers – New Feature Alert!
New Contact Log for Principals and School Admin
Need to confirm a parent received the message? The Contact Log puts 60 days of communication history right at your fingertips. Principals and School Admins can easily search contact history for staff, parent, or student’s – filtering by type, site, and date range to verify what was sent in seconds.
To find this new feature make sure you are in the Admin tab, located in the upper left-hand corner, then follow these four steps:
- find Data Assistant
- click on either Students, Parents, or Staff
- search and click on the name of the user
- under Activity in the left sidebar, click Contact Log
