To maximize the impact of our district leadership time in 2026–2027, Principal PLCs are shifting to a specialized cohort model. This structure offers principals a dedicated forum to analyze comparative data and collaborate on challenges unique to their school profiles. Because the content is tailored specifically for principal peer networks, instructional coaches will remain in their buildings during these times.
