The Social Studies program of Teaching and Learning is announcing a summer history academy for teachers grades 4-6. There are 15 slots available. Dates are June 22-25 (4 days), 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and upon completion of the Academy and required work, teachers will receive a $500 stipend. The focus for the Academy is using primary sources to engage students in the study of history.
