It's that time again! The JEF Rising Star Scholarships will recognize one resilient student from each high school with a $2,000 scholarship to the college, university, or trade school of their choice.
This is your opportunity to recognize a student who has faced significant challenges impacting their schooling, yet has shown remarkable improvement in their academic performance.
